Information and Policies

All Hood styles are similar to production models made and are not exact to any particular model car or truck. Each of the hoods are generic in nature. We are not licensed with any vehicle manufacturer except where designated. All images are courtesy of previous made hoods for licensed companies or licensed special projects for businesses or manufacturers.

Payment Information:
Mastercard or Visa for Credit Card Payments.
Personal or Business Checks held for 7 business days.
Wire Transfers.

Shipping Information:

• All items are shipped via freight companies - these are not UPS or FED X shippable.
• All items are packaged with secure packaging and boxed or crated.
• All items are insured for full value of product purchased.
• Delivery may take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on
   shipping schedule in your area

If there is ever any damage it must be reported to the trucking company and you must have a signed receipt from the actual truck driver to verify any physical damage.

Any other damage CRH will NOT be responsible for after the fact

Pricing of freight and crating to be determined by location such as rural, business, residential etc. These are not small items.

General Policy Information:

• All sales are final. These are custom orders and cannot be returned at anytime.
• Any defect issues will be addressed on a per issue basis.
• Payments accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Wire Transfers, Personal or Business Checks.
• In the event of any defect - all items will only be exchanged for like item/similar item
    NO REFUNDS - NO Exceptions

Brands, Trademarks and Licensing

RCH does not advocate the unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrights.  All licensed items are to be considered the properties of the respective owners of the corresponding trademarks or copyrights.  Use of these intended properties is authorized only by the owner of the said property and its Licensees.  Trademark and copyright owners may also require permission for specific and limited use of Trademarks.   Examples of this are enthusiasts, enthusiast groups, non-profit special interest groups, church or charitable organizations, and other “one-time only” uses.   Although these parties may not need a full scale licensing relationship, express written permission is usually required by the particular owner of the said trademark.   Any other usage may be unauthorized and considered an illegal trademark infringement.

RCH is not a direct licensed manufacturer of any particular style unless noted on that product, promotion or event.

Cancellation Policy

When you order, as these are all custom orders, there is a 25% cancellation fee after work has started. No Exceptions because when we start work there is a lot of time involved. Call with any questions and please be sure of what you are ordering as these items take a lot of man hours.
